Account Set Up

Setting up an account to build an opt in cell phone list is very straight forward and takes just a few minutes.

Firstly, select a keyword. This is the word that people will send as a text message to join the list and is unique to your list. We automatically check that it is unique.

Secondly, set the response. A default response can be used or it can be totally customized to the campaign.

That's it! The account will have been assigned a short code e.g. 43704, so, to join your list people text your keyword to 43704. They can also include their name by leaving a space between the keyword and name, this will allow messages to be personalized.

Promptxt4clubs is very flexible and can handle many different requirements from a simple automatic reply to full opt in with notifications being sent to a cell phone when someone new joins a list.

One account can have many lists and keywords, existing lists can be uploaded.

For Realtors, many keywords will be used, one per listing. Initially we set up the system which can then be maintained by the realtor.
